Quality and Environment Policy

MLG ELECTROSOLAR S.L. implements an Integrated Management System based on the UNE EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNE EN ISO 14001:2015 standards.

The purpose of this Integrated Management System is the satisfaction of its customers and other interested parties, thanks to the fulfilment of the established requirements and within the established deadlines and prices; the correct detection of business risks for their management that enable the viability of the company over time, care for the environment, efficiency in the use of resources and the reduction of the negative impacts of the processes; and finally, to increase the competitiveness of the company and improve the service provided to all interested parties.

The pillars of the policy are:

We must understand the requirements of our customers and other stakeholders in order to increase their satisfaction.
Error prevention should take priority over error correction.
Activities will be planned at all levels of the company in such a way as to achieve continuous improvement of quality and the environment.
In order to perform the work as well as possible and thus satisfy all stakeholders, it is essential that there is the necessary education, training and professional competence among all employees of the company, so that each of them performs and takes responsibility in their functions, maintaining the attitude and proactivity necessary to generate confidence, security and guarantee in all stakeholders who deal with us.
Communication at all levels of the organisation is essential for quality and environmental improvement.
It is very important to be aware of the environmental impact of our activities in order to first avoid it, secondly to minimise it and thirdly to correct it, as far as possible.
Our company complies with applicable environmental legislation and regulations and those affecting the quality of our work, as well as other applicable requirements.
Knowledge of the context of our activity and the place we occupy in society and in our sector, as well as the risks and opportunities that may affect the development of our business.
Safety, health and hygiene conditions, as well as all activities aimed at the prevention of occupational hazards are mandatory without exclusion in the performance of our work, in all positions and at all levels.
This policy shall be reviewed periodically to adapt it to changes in technology and the social environment, shall be publicly available and shall be known to everyone in the company.
